Karen wanted to become thin, so she decited to exercise every day. First, she got up early and went to jog in the park. After she felt tired, she went to eat lunch. She didn't eat the fast food or garbage food because she is afraid of getting fat. So she ate healthy food, such as fruits, vegetables and water. She was keep doing every day. She finally success with her plan.
